I was pretty sure that history 1996-2015 was getting us pretty close to
wandering out of the universe, so stuck to more classical references. They
just re-ran Star Trek "Space Seed" recently and it's always weird when my
ear perks up to references to 1993 and 1997 while only remembering things
much more mundane than the Eugenics Wars.
