I agree, as a zeppelin this ship can't fly, helium just wouldn't cut it and after the Hindenburg who in their right mind would was to fly in a hydrogen (bomb) but as a CG lift ship on a TL-9+ world it has some real possibilities. It looks streamlined enough to float, could just see it flying to its destination and setting down next to some sandy beach, nice way to spend your two week yearly maintenance down time.
My question is that the ship seems a bit small, like it could not hold enough passengers to pay for itself. Most cruise ships are very crew heavy so many of the people on deck that we see would be stewards or entertainers.
Another question are we looking through a clear glass window? If not then the passengers are going to get mighty cold. I have no idea how high the alps are but to be snow capped they must be high or its cold enough for them to hold the snow and the ship is flying well above them. Burrr
I could see the ship being pitched as an exclusive one-of-a-kind trip for the rich and shameless or jet setters, exotic cruises and special events (sailing to a surfing competition near Brusman Atoll, rubbing elbows at a poker convention) could also help mitigate the costs.
