Looks like that was from 2000, referencing Entering Space by Robert Zubrin, from 1999, which may have used older data. The paper I referenced was from 2001 and used Galileo data and went into a lot of detail. I may have had to do some converting of units, but I don't think I did that incorrectly (I did it a long time ago though). You'd have to look up the original paper ( http://people.virginia.edu/~rej/papers03/Cooper01.pdf ) and look it over.
