Mark Gelinas did the initial design work on this subsector and then I did some additional editing work. I also have an unfinished (actually it's about 90% complete) adventure involving Arkiirkii (30 second version: the local TED has access to two large planetary defense meson guns...freelancers from the RC are sent to recon the the planet). I'll post what I have soon.
