Evangelical Doomslayer? Is that what I said caused the Vampire Highway?
Not saying you're wrong, if you developed that in your campaign as the
story behind the phenomenon that's great.

I was thinking that the V Highway was explained rimward by Vampires going
on a pilgrimage to see the place of their birth, while the ones going back
finding it destroyed (I think I said at some point, maybe in TNS, that
Lucan nuked it to prevent others from reverse-engineering his chip-based
Virus project, right?) headed back to their "other birthplace" perhaps by
a mix of curiosity to figure out what happened, or as you say, to punish
Lucan for the Silicon Holocaust.

But I could have also said it started with one, or a small cadre of
Doomslayers. There goes my damned memory again.
