I reckon it's referring to your "Opinion" piece in _Challenge_ #77, the last magazine.

Entitled "Whither (NOT to be confused with "Wither") TravelIer?" and subtitled "An Editorial Excursion by Some Long-Winded GDW Guy", it consists of four whole pages (a lot of text, for a large-format magazine) of you responding to a letter and "answering its concerns" about "crucial, underlying principles of Traveller: The New Era".

You did a hellava lot more than me. I contributed Tavonni's 1201 stats to Mike Mikesh for inclusion in the Regency Sourcebook. Yes, the stats for Tavonni in the RSB are *mine*! MINE, I tell you (mwahahaha)!!! (my only claim to canonical fame ;-)

(Dave apologised YEARS ago - quite unnecessarily, as I told him - for not including my name in the book. I was just happy to have that one line of print. ;-)
