Background:
Ms. Hiu is a small, somewhat overweight woman (about 10 lbs) from Kubishush. After serving 13 years with the local army (rising to Lieutenant), she mustered out to join the Mercenaries Guild, as a 2nd class Field Representative.

She spent most of the last five years in Ziafrplians Sector (the sector spinward of Gvurdon), as an Assessor: insuring that the legal terms of mercenary contracts are met in the field. Hui enjoyed herself immensely there, with her favourate experiences being with the Urzaeng Merc companies (including the famous Errgh Okzarsdaem battalion).

But after being transferred back to Regina for the last 2 years, she realized that her carrer has ground to a halt. Coupled with a lack of excitement and friends, she has become depressed & irritable, alienating those around her.

Currently, she is saving for a trip back home, to Kubishush.
