BARD-OPAL contains the BARD abstracts on the history, development and government of all member worlds. As new worlds are admitted to the Coalition, researchers will be commissioned to study the world and develop the BARD-OPAL abstract for the planet. As information on planets in the wilds becomes available from Free Traders and RCES operatives, this data will be added also.
